Costume contact lenses for mind-numbing special effects! 

Primarily used for Halloween or theatrical purposes, costume contact lenses are a great way for slipping into a character, causing a scare or just getting a reaction! Many such contacts are available without power, hence they do not correct for vision in any way. For those that do require vision correction, special costume contact lenses can be crafted for the individual with a proper prescription. 

Costume contact lenses that resemble animal eyes are always a sure hit. If you combine a pair of yellow contacts with thin black vertical pupils, with a cat outfit, you will be sure to startle all who see you with your feline allure.  

Costume contact lenses such as green contacts with black vertical pupils serve very well as reptilian eyes. A wolf lens is predominantly black, with the pupils ringed with a circle of gold. 

There are also costume contact lenses that glow. They come in all colors of the rainbow and glow brightly under UV black light. All of these contacts should not be worn for more than a year for hygienic reasons. Be sure to consult an eye care professional before purchasing these contacts.
